(I) Helping you become our user
To comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, when you register as a BIMKK user, you need to provide at least a mobile phone number to create a BIMKK account and improve relevant online identity information (such as avatar, nickname, and login password).
(II) Providing Products/Services to You
1. Personal information provided by you to us
(1) Model Viewing: You need to provide contact information, including avatar, nickname, mobile phone number, email address, etc., among which the mobile phone number is mandatory.
(2) Delivery/Mailing: When purchasing physical services and 3D printing services on BIMKK or enjoying platform user benefits such as physical gifts, you need to provide the recipient's name, mobile phone number, delivery address, house number, etc., to ensure your order can be delivered safely and accurately and completed.
(3) Information Publishing: When you use model upload, conversion, download, viewing, and sharing on BIMKK, we will store your converted lightweight models on the server and will not store the original models. The lightweight models are used for your subsequent quick viewing of the models.
(4) Payment: When you purchase services on BIMKK, including personal space capacity, project space capacity, and other functions provided by BIMKK, you may choose the payment services provided by third-party payment institutions (such as WeChat Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, and other payment channels) provided by the system. The payment service itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your BIMKK order information and reconciliation information with these payment institutions to confirm your payment instructions and complete payment.
(5) Customer Service: When you contact our customer service, our system may record the communication records between you and the customer service, as well as your account information to verify your identity; when you need us to provide services related to your use, such as model detection, manual model conversion, model repair or adjustment, and other appropriate help and processing, you may also need to provide information other than the aforementioned information to complete the service. For models assisted or converted by technical personnel, they will be deleted immediately after the work is completed. With your consent, they will be used within the scope of authorization for publicity or other purposes. The communication records between customer service and you can be regarded as a valid authorization record.
(6) Sharing: When you use the sharing function to share models and related information to social platforms such as WeChat, QQ, Facebook, Twitter, etc., we will collect the information you publish and display your nickname, avatar, lightweight model, model snapshot, model introduction, format, size, and other information to better display the content you publish on social platforms.
(7) Auto-start: This application contains instant messaging functions. To ensure we provide you with real-time information services, such as receiving new messages sent by friends in real time, we will attempt to auto-start the third-party framework for message push when you exit the application. In addition, we have also integrated message push services from major manufacturers to better guarantee the quality of services provided to you.
The models and related introductions you upload on BIMKK may involve intellectual property rights, work results, trade secrets, etc. of your unit or yourself, or your partners. These are all sensitive information. Please be cautious when sharing or forwarding them. We will also try our best to perform encryption and de-identification processing when converting and storing such information in the cloud, on the basis of ensuring information availability.
2. Personal information we may collect during your use of the service
In order to meet the basic requirements of laws and regulations and provide services, and to safeguard the security of your account and system operation, we will collect relevant information generated during your use of our services, including:
(1) Log information. When you use the services we provide, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our services and save them as relevant network logs, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, operating system version, date and time of access, and requested web page records.
(2) Album/Camera information. When you use the interaction provided by BIMKK, set your avatar, set 3D model background images, chat functions, and customer service functions, you need to enable the album and camera functions of portable devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to turn off albums and cameras. For specific methods, it is recommended that you refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device. Once you authorize the system to close them and stop our collection of your album and camera information, you may be unable to use the services we provide to you, or fail to achieve the expected results of related services.
(3) Microphone information. When you use the interaction provided by BIMKK, chat, voice annotation, and customer service functions, you need to enable the microphone function of portable devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to turn off the microphone. For specific methods, it is recommended that you refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device. Once you authorize the system to turn off the microphone function and stop our collection of your microphone information, you may be unable to use the services we provide to you based on the microphone, or fail to achieve the expected results of related services.
(4) Location information. When you use the file transfer function provided by BIMKK, to obtain the current WiFi information (SSID, BSSID) used by the system, we need to use your location information. Please note that most mobile devices allow you to turn off location information. For specific methods, it is recommended that you refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of your mobile device. Once you authorize the system to turn off the location function and stop our collection of your location information, you may be unable to use the services we provide to you based on location information, or fail to achieve the expected results of related services. We will not use location information for functions other than file transfer.
(5) Device information. For BIMKK browsing models, device adaptation affects the model opening speed and integrity. We may receive and record relevant device information used by you in the process of receiving our services according to the specific permissions during your software installation and use, such as device model, unique device identifier, operating system, resolution, telecommunications carrier, sensor parameters, and other software and hardware information.
For information collected from various devices you log in to using the same BIMKK account, we may associate them to provide you with consistent services across these devices.
3. Description of permissions
(1) Storage permission. To provide you with 3D file viewing services, perform 3D viewing and 3D screenshots, set avatars, select chat files/pictures, save chat files/pictures, and publish community content, we may apply for mobile storage permission.
(2) Camera permission. To provide you with scan, set avatar, set 3D background pictures, interaction, send picture/video messages, customer service functions, virtual reality functions, and publish community content, we may apply for camera permission.
(3) Album permission. To provide you with scan, set avatar, set 3D background pictures, interaction, send picture/video messages, save chat pictures, customer service functions, and publish community content, we may apply for album permission.
(4) Microphone permission. To provide you with sending 3D voice annotations, interaction, send voice/video messages, customer service functions, and publish community content, we may apply for microphone permission.
(5) Location permission. To provide you with file transfer functions, we may apply for location permission, which is only used to obtain WiFi information (SSID, BSSID) and will not collect precise location information.
(6) Phone call permission. To provide you with the function of directly calling customer service within the App, we may apply for phone call permission.
(7) Device information and log information. As necessary for the provision of services, we may collect device identification codes (such as IMEI, Android ID, device serial number, MAC, Android Advertisement ID, IMSI), application information (application installation list, application crash information, clipboard related information), device information (device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, sensor parameters) for message push, sharing, third-party login, payment and other functions.
(8) Our products are developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During application operation, it is necessary to collect your device unique identification code (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis to provide users with better services. 4. Personal information we may collect indirectly
(1) During your use process, data statistics formed due to model conversion and viewing, and personal information involved in related service improvements, will try to avoid collection, but not limited to using overall statistical data for business analysis, financing and listing, and publicity promotion.
(2) For products or services provided by third parties provided in the system in BIMKK, after obtaining your authorization, we will obtain your relevant information from BIMKK's affiliates and partners, and confirm the legality of their information sources before using your information.
(3) If you authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain the account information shared by the third party (such as avatar, nickname, etc.) and bind your third-party account with your BIMKK account after you agree to this Privacy Policy.
5. According to relevant laws and regulations and national standards, in the following situations, we may collect and use your personal information in accordance with the law without obtaining your consent
(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) Out of the need to safeguard your or others' life, property, and other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your own consent;
(5) The personal information collected is voluntarily disclosed by you to the public;

6. Description of collecting personal information
When we provide other business functions to you, we will separately explain the scope and purpose of information collection to you, and will not collect the information necessary to provide corresponding services until we obtain your consent. To give you a more relaxed access experience, when you access the services provided by BIMKK, we may identify your identity through small data files. Doing so can help you save the step of repeatedly entering registration information, or help judge the security status of your account. These data files may be Cookies or Flash Cookies, and other local storage provided by your browser or associated application (hereinafter referred to as "Cookie"). Please understand that certain of our services can only be realized by using Cookies. If your browser or browser add-on service allows, you can modify the degree of acceptance of Cookies or refuse BIMKK's Cookies. To strive to ensure the security of your account and give you a safer access experience, we may use dedicated network protocols and proxy technologies (hereinafter referred to as "dedicated network channels" or "network proxies"). Using dedicated network channels can help you identify known high-risk sites, reduce risks such as phishing and account leakage caused thereby, and is more conducive to safeguarding the common rights and interests of you and third parties, preventing lawbreakers from tampering with the normal service content between you and the third party you wish to access, for example: ad injection and illegal content tampering caused by unsafe routers or illegal base stations. In this process, we may also obtain and save information about your computer, such as: IP address, hardware ID.

III. How We Store and Protect Personal Information

1. We will store personal information collected and generated within the People's Republic of China within the People's Republic of China in accordance with laws and regulations. 4. Please be sure to properly keep your BIMKK login name and other identity elements. When you use BIMKK services, we will identify your identity through your login name and other identity elements. Once you leak the aforementioned information, you may suffer losses, and adverse legal consequences may arise for you. If you find that your BIMKK login name and/or other identity elements may or have been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures in time to avoid or reduce relevant losses.
5. After you terminate the use of BIMKK services, we will stop collecting and using your information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or regulatory authorities. If we cease operations, we will promptly stop activities collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.
6. With the development of our business, we and our affiliates may conduct mergers, acquisitions, asset transfers, or similar transactions. If the transfer involves personal information, we will require the company or organization acquiring your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy. 8. For models, documents, and related information you actively disclose, other users can browse or use them within a limited scope within the scope of authorization. BIMKK does not assume legal responsibilities involved in dissemination. If you inadvertently publish them, you can provide proof of ownership to the BIMKK administrator and request the administrator to assist in deletion or stopping dissemination. BIMKK will assist in deletion as much as possible but cannot guarantee complete deletion or stopping dissemination.

IV. How We Use Personal Information

1. To comply with national laws and regulations and regulatory requirements, as well as to provide services to you and improve service quality, or to safeguard the security of your account and content, we will use your information in the following situations:

(2) To let you know the status of using BIMKK services, we will send you service reminders. You can check space usage, model upload and download records, service purchase records, etc. on the "Me" page, and learn about version upgrades, user activities, purchase or subscription status, etc. through "My Messages";

BIMKK provides a certain amount of network storage space for each registered user. You can freely upload, convert, and download your own models after logging in, and can create folders for the space, change file names, set sharing scope and permissions, etc.
Please note that if the models and related files stored in your personal space involve legal issues such as infringing on others' intellectual property rights, work results, trade secrets, or personal privacy, BIMKK assumes no legal responsibility. After proof by others, the BIMKK administrator has the right to delete infringing content.
2. Change the scope of your authorized consent or withdraw authorization
You can set the sharing scope for models and documents in the BIMKK personal space. After you previously granted authorization and then changed the privacy authorization, please understand that after you perform the above operations, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization. BIMKK cannot assist in withdrawing or deleting related models and documents among other users, but it will not affect subsequent personal information processing carried out based on your authorization.

VI. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

BIMKK is a professional engineering technology App, and our website and services are mainly oriented towards adults. If you are a minor, it is recommended that you ask your parents or guardian to carefully read this Privacy Policy and use our services or provide information to us only after obtaining the consent of your parents or guardian.
In the case of collecting minors' personal information with the consent of parents or guardians to use our products or services, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this information when permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of parents or guardians, or necessary to protect the minor.

To realize the corresponding functions of the SDK product, in the process of users using WeChat Open SDK related capabilities through third-party applications, we will process the information actively provided by users or generated because of use in the following manner. Except for the information explicitly indicated below, we will not process users' other personal information through WeChat Open SDK:
(1) To realize the function of letting users use share/favorite to WeChat, and share pictures and other content to WeChat Moments or WeChat Favorites, we will collect and transmit to WeChat APP the pictures or content actively selected by users in third-party applications, but we will not use the aforementioned information to associate and track users.
(2) To realize the function of letting users use WeChat avatar and nickname to log in to third-party applications, after confirming user authorization, we will provide third-party applications with the WeChat avatar and nickname information actively selected by the user.
(3) To realize the function of letting users use WeChat Pay in third-party applications, we will collect the WeChat Pay order identifier generated by the third-party application when the user initiates payment and transmit it to WeChat APP, and transmit the status information of whether this payment is successful to the third-party application after the user performs the payment operation. Please note that the WeChat Pay function is provided by Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tenpay Company"). IX. User Account Deletion Agreement

You have the right to delete your BIMKK account. The deletion method is: In the BIMKK App basic information interface (click [Me] on the bottom menu, then click [Modify Basic Information] to enter the basic information interface), click the delete account button at the bottom of the interface and follow the prompts to delete your account. After successful deletion, your BIMKK account will be unable to log in, and the binding of third-party accounts will be lifted. For specific content, please refer to the "Notice on Deletion of BIMKK Account" provided when deleting the account.
If you cannot access, correct, or delete your personal information and delete your account through the above method, or if you believe that BIMKK exists in situations where it collects and uses your personal information in violation of laws, you may contact us through our customer service. To safeguard security, we may need you to provide corresponding methods to prove your identity and the legitimacy of your request. We will reply to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For your reasonable requests, we will in principle not charge any fees, but for repeated and unreasonable requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge certain cost fees depending on the situation. For requests that are unreasonably repeated, require excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very impractical, we may refuse them.
Before you delete your account, please fully read, understand, and agree to the following matters:
We kindly remind you that your act of deleting your BIMKK account will result in us terminating the provision of this service to you, and will also bring many inconveniences to your after-sales rights protection. After successful deletion, we will delete your personal information, including all models and documents in your personal space, making them remain in a state that cannot be retrieved or accessed, or perform anonymization processing on them. You know and understand that according to relevant laws, relevant transaction records must be kept in BIMKK for 1 year or even longer.
1. If you still insist on deleting your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) The account has no assets in the BIMKK system, and no important models and documents that have not been backed up by yourself;
(2) There are no uncompleted orders in the account, and orders/services that have been provided but not paid for;
(3) The account has no disputes, including complaints or reports or being complained or reported;
(4) The account is an account in normal use and has no record of any account restrictions.
2. During the deletion of the BIMKK account, if your BIMKK account involves disputes and disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reports, litigation, arbitration, investigations by state organs, etc., BIMKK has the right to terminate the deletion of your account on its own without further obtaining your consent.
3. Please be sure to unbind other related accounts before submitting the deletion application. For details, you can contact our customer service.
4. Once the BIMKK account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please back up all information and data related to the account yourself before operating. After deleting the BIMKK account, you will not be able to use the BIMKK account again, and will not be able to retrieve any content or information in the BIMKK account and related to the account (even if you register and use BIMKK again with the same mobile phone number), including but not limited to:
(1) You will not be able to log in and use the BIMKK account;
(2) The personal profile and historical information of the BIMKK account (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, upload, conversion, download, sharing records, etc.) will not be retrievable.
5. Deleting the BIMKK account does not mean that the account behavior and related responsibilities before the account deletion are exempted or mitigated.

X. Application and Updates of this Policy

All services of BIMKK are subject to this Policy.
We will update this Policy in a timely manner when the following major changes occur:
1. Our basic situation changes, for example: change of ownership caused by mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations;
2. The scope, purpose, and rules for collecting, storing, and using personal information change;
3. The object, scope, and purpose of externally providing personal information change;
4. The way you access and manage personal information changes;
